It's not clear to me whether this is meant to be an actual article, or a list of related conditions. I have assumed that someone plans to write an actual article here. Why is this this article not named "Enlarged heart"? Based on Google and Google news searches, "Enlarged heart" dominates over--what is it again?--"Cardiomegaly"?
