New Ref
editThe old ref is for a site that apparently is no longer recognized by the DNS. Leading Google hits for it seem to be sites that generate information-free pages for them from some kind of list entry, and wait for someone to pay them for ads on those pages. I did find a Google-books page for a 1910 book that mentions a few villages, one of them apparently best described as the location of a family farm, and multiple hamlets that are in the "district" (small D in the book), and also verifies that in the 1780s something that had a named street and a garrison was called "Canard". This sick puppy is likely to be deletable.
