Civil justice for the poor & disabled.
How can a poor or disabled (I’m both) canadian get a fair civil trial when even the only program in canada (student lawyers), refused to help, claiming my case “a default judgement, (because I was never served) was awarded to Bmo mc from 2005” a Bmo mc I’ve never used nor seen! Ive had my own Bmo mc the entire time & I have proof. when I asked Bmo for proof, they said, their books only go back 7 yrs. Even though, I have proof I had my own Bmo mastercard the same judge, said, he was never given a single page of my sworn affidavits nor application submitted to Alberta courts he awarded Bmo mc with the default judgement then went on to denied every case I brought forward. Advising me every case that I better get a lawyer! while Bmo put a judgement against my property (locking up all of my access to the equity) Witten law representing The bank of Montreal sends out realtors to hand 48 hr eviction notices to my tenants, every 3 months. Thus, causing them to become squatters. How is it possible to come up with the thousands of dollars requested from lawyers for a retainer!
