CRP-Bangladesh edit

   I've created

which does NOT reflect any misunderstanding on my part, underlying this seemingly obviously superfluous red-link. It would be routine to use CRP-Bangladesh as a red link for Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (in general, or even for the one of that name in the Savar Upazila region of Bangladesh). And it was not such a horrible idea (at the time it was done, and at least for now) for our colleague who did it to have pre-empted that title by making it a blue-linked Rdr to a section about the region the center lies in. (Especially not if there should be an article out there already invoking the "CRP-Bangladesh" link. I haven't checked if that's the case, bcz it doesn't change the appropriateness of what will (perhaps) eventually happen bcz of my quasi-fix of the problem that the Rdr enables.)
The problem i refer to is that the ideal way of dealing with situations like getting users looking for info on that CRP to the single sent we have about it

(to wit this one:
The nation's one and only specialised rehabilitation hospital, the CRP-Bangladesh centre for the rehabilitation of the paralysed,[10] is located in Savar, about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) from Savar Bazar.
in the accompanying article)

is for now far from efficient (for users) if we embody such a "sub-stub" as a free-standing stub. (And also that i'm not willing to be distracted to the extent of being the one who does the needed topic-area research, in a field where my expertise is pretty close to zero.) The solution to that problem is my creation of Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed as a red link fulfilling the role that might otherwise have been filled by the above-mentioned Rdr to Savar Upazila. That enables the hopefully obvious choice of the (eventually-a-)quick-fix retargeting of the (previously and for now) barely functional CRP-Bangladesh Rdr from Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP-Bangladesh) to a presumably-longer-than-one-sentence 'graph (among the handful of 'graphs that already focus more widely on other aspects of the region).
