Midnight/11:59pm - which day to use edit

I'm not that fussed which day is used, but which is used should be consistent across the three Timeline of the COVID-19 pandemic in New Zealand annd COVID-19 alert levels in New Zealand - most of the changeovers have happened at 11:59pm, although there was a least one that was at 6pm. Because midnight is the start of a new day, using it gives the wrong date. We should be accurate and use the date the change actually happened. We can certainly use phrases such as "at the end of..." if that makes for a better flow of text.-gadfium 18:14, 25 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
Explicitly stating "at 11:59 pm on ..." is the best option to reduce ambiguity.  Nixinova T  C   22:31, 26 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
