File:Grace Millane.jpgEdit

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Your commentEdit

here You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows. You were right. That being said, maybe we can set a wikipedia record for longest deletion discussion. 7&6=thirteen () 21:26, 19 January 2019 (UTC)

Comments to my talk page.Edit

Hi.

Please do not add unconstructive and incorrect sections to my talk page.

Your subjective opinions are not held by everyone. My addition to the Pewdiepie vs T-Series talk page was in every form possible constructive discussion. Even if you don't believe it merited discussion please answer on that talk page. Do not disrupt or add to my talk page. That is inappropriate. 02:53, 14 March 2019 (UTC)

ok I note you responded on the actual talk page as well. That's reasonable. It's important that things on Wikipedia are relevant and notable for the long term, not the latest meme or hyped up drama. Anonywiki (talk) 02:56, 14 March 2019 (UTC)
You literally vandalised the article. That is unacceptable. Take it up on the talk page not the article itself.  Nixinova  T  C  03:26, 14 March 2019 (UTC)

CopypastaEdit

User:Nixinova/Navy Seal copypasta. Probably should be moved to mainspace. It has gained widespread coverage because it was included in the NZ shooter's manifesto. That's a rather sad way of becoming notable, but it's quite notable now. wumbolo ^^^ 11:07, 18 March 2019 (UTC)

Oops, didn't realize it was covered at Copypasta. But... shouldn't copypasta be a WP:Summary style article covering all the different kinds of copypasta? Including summarizing the Creepypasta article. wumbolo ^^^ 11:09, 18 March 2019 (UTC)
I've asked for my subpage to be moved into mainspace.  Nixinova  T  C  23:37, 18 March 2019 (UTC)

DYK for Instagram eggEdit

On 19 March 2019, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Instagram egg, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that an image of an egg posted on the social media service Instagram became the most liked online post of all time? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Instagram egg. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Instagram egg), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Erroneous inline cleanup tag usedEdit

In this edit, you added {{more info}}, which is not a cleanup tag. I've replaced it with {{citation needed}}, but you're welcome to replace it with another valid inline cleanup tag. eπi (talk | contribs) 13:03, 18 May 2019 (UTC)

About your request for protectionEdit

Hi, Nixinova! You requested protection for the article List of video games by monthly active player count. I declined it, partly because there has been very little activity since the last protection expired. But let me give you a hint about asking for protection: we (patrolling admins) can't tell a vandalism edit from a legitimate edit in an article like that. We rely on the regular editors at the page to make that call. After all, IPs can make constructive edits, and they should not be prevented from doing so. So we look at the history, looking for a pattern, with the assumption that vandalism edits will get reverted. If we see IPs editing and getting reverted, we assume that you are acting in good faith reverting them, so we figure they were problem edits. If we see IPs editing and not getting reverted, we figure their edits must be OK. You said, in your request, that you were tired of reverting. I can sympathize. But if you and other page-watchers don't revert, we aren't able to tell if the article actually has a problem in need of protection. Just letting you know what we look for, so you will know what is needed the next time you request protection. -- MelanieN (talk) 01:12, 15 June 2019 (UTC)
