What does it do, and what are the competing packages

Is it for generating bibliographies? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikip rhyre (talk • contribs) 23:01, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
license
editI can't tell the license from the webpage and the article doesn't particularly sound like it is Free Software (“over 20,000 licences have been issued by UNESCO and a worldwide network of distributors”, “free for non-commercial purposes” → not free to use for any purpose. That sounds like some sort of freeware or something, not free software.). From that I'm assuming that it is not free software and I removed it from the category:open source database management systems. Hopefully somebody can clarify that and eventually put it back in that category..--Wondigoma (talk) 12:35, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
