Buhid Text Rendering edit

I previously revised the formatting of the character tables (among others) since, at least on my computer, the Buhid text did not render properly unless I used the Lang template, but it was undone, although understandably. Is there some other way of fixing this text rendering issue?

Note that I am using Opera GX, so it could be a problem on their part, but I doubt it since the text renders properly when the Lang template is used (see my revision). The Tagalog version of this page also works for me, perhaps because it forces the page to use Noto Sans Buhid as the font face for the Buhid text...
