Not every road is a highway

Looking through articles on Brunei roads, there is one major and important point that I wish to point out: Always remember that NOT every road is a highway. I have seen some roads listed in this article (some have been unlisted) which are not highways as listed below:

• Berakas Highway - Although it seems to be a highway, it is not officially a highway yet. It is officially named Jalan Utama Berakas (and this road does not end at the city centre as stated in the article). It has many small roads connected to this road, and major juunction are controlled by traffic lights and not flyovers or underpasses. It may, however, be considered a semi-highway.
• Kuala Belait Highway - Most of the road are still single carriageway so it cannot be a highway. And the official classification for this road is a 'bypass', namely Seria Bypass, Lumut Bypass and Rasau Bypass (plus other smaller sections).
• Salambigar Highway - Non-existent. There are only single-carriageways in this area (except for the recently expanded stretch of road, but I know that it is named Jalan Muara)
• Brunei Airport Highway - Seriously? How can this road be a highway? This link road is not even 500 metres long. No wonder the article was deleted a few years back because it is inadequately notable.
• Pan Borneo Highway - This is a road network. There are individual road sections that have yet to have their own articles. (And this road does not even pass through the city)

One more thing: As far as I know, Brunei roads are unnumbered, so don't bother searching for and including road numbers that don't exist.
