Luke Brookhart
editUnless notability can be established for this individual he does not belong here. And it seems pretty obvious that this name was added by the individual himself, which violates Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. If someone else can establish this person is notable enough for an article, the name should be here; but if the only presence on wikipedia is an external link on this page, it shouldn't. Question about Notibility
editI understand the reasoning behind the notibility question that you have and the potential for conflict of interest. While the information posted is an accurate representation of the facts, it should come from another individual. Perhaps a collegue can post a full article and then a link can be established. --Lukebrookhart 18:27, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
- If by colleague you mean coworker, that still would be a conflict of interest. Wikipedia discourages writing articles about a company for which the editor works. Additionally, it is not enough that the information be accurate; it also has to notable; ie considered significant enough to have its own article. This means things like mentions in the media and the like; if the only people who know enough to write the article are directly connected, that would be a sign that the subject is not sufficiently notable. If, however, notability can be established, the article can be written. Eran of Arcadia 22:40, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
