Brontosaurus was recently disambiguated from Apatosaurus. The current redirect to the apatosaurus page should be replaced with a separate brontosaurus page.

I disagree with replacing the redirect, and the current language of this disambiguation page (i.e. that brontosaurus was "formerly" considered identical to apatosaurus. A single study was published claiming that the two are distinct, but it certainly remains to be seen whether that study will be accepted by the paleontological community as a whole 128.12.255.132 (talk) 20:35, 7 April 2015 (UTC)
