Historical contributions?

edit

At present, the article states that "in their history, Torres have made two significant contributions to the development of enology: firstly, the use of fermentation at controlled temperatures, and secondly, the maturing of the wine in small oak barrels during a scrupulously defined time, as has been a habitual practice in Bordeaux." Could this refer to use of these winemaking practices specifically in Spain, rather than in general? If so, that should be stated. Tomas e (talk) 19:52, 11 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
