Fair use rationale for Image:Blue Moon Logo.jpg

Image:Blue Moon Logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 03:30, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

Coors??

Are we sure that Coors still produces this beer? Looking at a bottle, it says "brewed by BMBC" (Blue Moon Brewing Company) and there's nothing to suggest even a distant relationship with Coors, except the Golden, CO on the side of the bottle. Even the blue moon brewing company's website doesn't seem to suggest any connection with Coors.

It's still listed on the Coors' website. Brianga 10:10, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Stub Class Still??

Is this still really a stub? I have seen way more brief articles lacking stub classification. I think we should drop stub class. And by the way, a slice of orange in a Blue Moon is delicious. (Just to add more fuel to the fire. ;-)) Dachande 02:10, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

South American beer mega-conglomerate

Is there anything to substantiate this claim? 76.104.132.71 (talk) 07:53, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Popular Expression?

Today George Stepanopoulos mentioned that he and two others would be sharing a "blue moon beer". Was he giving this (or another brand of 'Blue Moon Beer') some free advertising? Or does 'sharing a blue moon beer' have a specific meaning like 'sharing a peace pipe'? —Preceding unsigned comment added by PendletonTX (talkcontribs) 19:33, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

Organge slice / Wheat beer glass connection?

This sentence makes no sense: "Many beer drinkers do not prefer fruit slices in their beer, since citric acid can eliminate the beer's frothy, flavorful head, and may prefer to have the brew served in a wheat beer glass instead." Can someone please clarify? Is their something about a wheat beer glass that would prevent you from putting and orange slice in it? --Brian Z (talk) 03:02, 31 July 2009 (UTC)

It is poorly worded. I think what they are trying to say is that using a tall narrow glass (a wheat beer glass) would keep the head alive longer. Then again, why worry about head so long as you know the beer is fresh and not flat. -- Horkana (talk) 14:56, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

Calories?

Anyone have information on approximately how many calories are in Blue Moon? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Regisfugit (talkcontribs) 22:17, 4 October 2009 (UTC)

Case of 24 = $22 at Port Huron duty free

For what it's worth, I bought a case of 24 (12 oz) Blue Moon at Port Huron Duty free on Wed Apr 28/2010 for $22 USD. It was interesting to read that it's equivalent to Rickard's White (a beer that I buy here in Ontario at the LCBO). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.231.100.186 (talk) 00:53, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
