Roc & Skua bombing attacks - reference

edit

Hi. Attack by mixed Skua/Roc formation on Boulogne hit 2nd S-boat flotilla, killing six sailors.

This caused the flotilla, newly-arrived in a climate of high tension & confusion (their own coastal artillery, also newly-arrived, had fired on them as the boats entered harbour the previous day 11th June 1940), to withdraw back to Rotterdam the same day. Useful when discussing the Roc's combat effectiveness in context of a fast-moving campaign. Details on S-boat site, but can't post link, so putting it here hope somebody can fix it.
