Do we really need a disambiguation page here?

There are only two articles (the stream, which I created, and the music album). The album isn't much more than a track listing, and it doesn't seem like anyone is in a rush to make a page for the band or the section of the Isle of Man TT course. It would be simpler to just have each of the two articles have a "Not to be confused with..." (which I've already included on the stream's article). Is anyone attending to this page or planning to expand the album's article or create articles for either of the two red links? Having a disambiguation page with two red links doesn't seem to be helpful either. I'll not do anything for now pending comments, but I think this page may be unnecessary.
