To improve this article what we still need includes:

Better references. I've tried to include references but my primary reference that I've include is probably not the best reference.
More info. Does anyone know how it's going (perhaps go to Dengkil and take pictures if you have time :-P this may fall under original research if you use it form conclusions of how it's going but it will give you a basic idea)? Also, how much money was allocated under the Eight Malaysia Plan? I did a quick search but couldn't find a clear cut answer (conflicting info). An article on the Eight Malaysia Plan would help. So would a Dengkil one
Can someone check out the Nature article on Biovalley as a failed project? Unfortunately I am currently unable to access subscription based journals...
