Should this be moved to "bilious colic"?
edit"Bilious colic" seems to be the more familiar form of the term, and is found throughout literature and old records. A Google search turned up 299,000 results for "bilious" and only 264,000 for "biliary", many of which no doubt are derived from this article. Not sure if "biliary" is a more modern term or simply an alternative, but it doesn't seem to be all that familiar a condition anymore. I expect most people have only heard of it through literary references to "bilious colic". No objection to giving "biliary" as a synonym in the lead sentence, but I think the term would be better placed under a more familiar title, unless there really is a meaningful distinction between the two terms.
