Communications pole edit

Our address here in Big River, CA 151831 Rio Vista Dr We have a pole that I've contacted the electric (BIA) they say it's not their problem. The pole out front does not look safe. Live wires, nuts missing. We are concerned that it's not safe and would like someone that has knowledge or should say the time to at least come check it out. It would be very appreciated.
