Yes, William Penn and Benjamin Franklin are by far the most important persons in the history of Philadelphia. I can think of other significant people, like Stephen Girard and Betsy Ross and Dolley Madison, but those two are the big names, no doubt.--DThomsen8 (talk) 18:33, 22 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
