I miss "Julius von Bemberg". I assume - but I am not sure - that he was the man who gave (presumably in 1903) the German Policy in its Colonies a new, more peaceful and more "British" style. (After a very belligerent period - see the genocide of the Hereros and of the "Hun speach" of William II in 1900 when Germany assisted France and Britain in suppressing the "Boxers Revolt" in China.) Such a person would be worth while to be mentioned.
