Focus edit

For an article about beekeeping specifically in the U.S., there is a lot of information given about beekeeping in other parts of the world, especially Australia and New Zealand. That information, though interesting, doesn't seem to fit with the focus of this article. Jrt989 (talk) 01:57, 4 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Page evaluation edit

The information here is all relevant and unbiased however I feel that a lot of it could be expanded on. Current events in the world of beekeeping provide a lot of new and important information. There is a lot of research being published right now that would contribute to this page to expand upon the solid basis it already has. Specifically I feel that the 3rd and 4th sections could use some new additions to answer questions like: How are the current problems with colony collapse affecting honey production (in terms of amount)? How are they affecting apiarist employment - are people leaving the field? Are countries needing to source more honey from outside their borders? Mayaccc (talk) 23:23, 20 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
