Sister City Cologne, Germany?

Knowing that Bantangas City has a partnership with the small village Langenfeld (Germany), I had doubts that a partnership will exist with the nearby metropolitan city of Cologne (Germany). More improvements needed

I am currently improving this article, as a provincial capital and major city and port, we should be covering other aspects of it. I already improved the Geography and Economy section, and have plans to expand the new Culture section and recreate the Media section to include more prose. The Demographics sections may be expanded as well, especially to cover ethnicities, languages, and religion, whenever sources are available. TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 19:16, 11 August 2018 (UTC)
