"Effects" section necessary? edit

I wonder, since there's already a page on Climate change in Bangladesh, if it's necessary to include a section on the effects of climate change? It might be better to link to the Bangladesh climate change article, and expand the lead section to include the effects info, rather than give that information its own section.
