Will work on being respectful edit

Sorry about that stressed out with work learning PHP, mySQL and JavaScript to get an assignment done by a deadline so I can resume studying for the LSAT early enough so I will score where I need to. Very busy I have no time to do anything.

Please cite the archive.org link. Umphrey's Mcgee allows live taping, and due to their policy which requires consent directly to archive anything on archive is legal.

You would be amazed how much that helps bands - allowing taping and letting people trade shows. Gets the word out and they sell tickets, that's why they do that.

I sincerely appologize for my disrespect. Burnedfaceless (talk) 07:17, 2 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Vocals edit

It says that Paul McCartney sings lead on the choruses and bridges, but from what I can hear, his vocal is no louder than Lennon's, during those parts, and quieter during the verses (as the article already implies). -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 23:15, 20 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

"Rich fag Jew" edit

Lennon changes the words to "Rich fag Jew", widely-reported and accepted as a fact.

Only he doesn't.

Not dismissing Lennon's occasional insensitivity to Epstein's sexual orientation, and it's not beyond the realms of possibility, given that they were spending more and more time in the studio and could do what they wanted, and there are jokes and asides in many of their songs. However, I have analysed this track at length, I've separated out the vocals and at no point does Lennon, or indeed anyone, sing "Rich fag Jew."

Nowhere.

It's just a myth. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.23.126.26 (talk) 08:58, 21 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Excluded from new version of Yellow Submarine edit

It should be mentioned that the song was only in the 1968 theatrical release of YS and the VHS editions. Ever since the 1999 version including Hey Bulldog, the sequence with the song is omitted on all releases. --2003:EF:170A:9249:F103:7D8A:EB57:805C (talk) 10:32, 11 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. Sundayclose (talk) 15:24, 11 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
Well, you can use just about any DVD, BD, or official paid stream release for reference for that fact. There's hardly any person on the planet under 25 or 30 that's ever seen the film *WITH* the song in it. --2003:EF:170A:9286:94A4:EE11:934A:61CE (talk) 00:03, 12 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
