Sections missing? edit
Ae there sections missing? It goes from an introduction of the show's concept, right into " In 1981, when the show came back from hiatus..." What happened to 1979-80? Without any mention of the show's beginning or middle, the second paragraph about 1981 seems much too detailed and trivial. Are We Stupid? edit
Do we really need to link words like "freelance" and "Sheriff"? I mean, people aren't all retarded. If they don't know what a word means, they can always look it up. I'm shocked by how link-happy people can be on Wikipedia. Some articles positively GLOW BLUE with hyperlinks for the simplest words imaginable. Calm down, people. Any Which Way but Loose edit
Shouldn't this and that link to each other? I assume they have the same format as apes, trucks and an idiot feature prominently in both. And I ask rather than do as I have never seen any of the episodes or movies, or ever will. MartinSFSA (talk) 06:11, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

Is it really necessary to have a list of *every* time this show is mentioned in passing on another long-forgotten TV show? This section seems like an absurdly useless piece of pointless (and unsourced) fancruft...should it just be deleted? Everyone But You (talk) 00:56, 5 July 2016 (UTC)

- Yeah, a standout case of wiki misinformation, current text indicates the chimp was played by a human actor which is clearly false. A little digging will reveal the main animal actor was named Sammy and there was another named Ossie a female both from a local animal preserve. 98.4.112.204 (talk) 08:29, 12 August 2023 (UTC)
