This 28 August 2011 move was one of 800x undiscussed moves to geo articles moved contrary the result of Talk:Cần Thơ 14 cities RM. The result of that RM has been confirmed by other geo and RfC majority since, and yet the 14 cities of Talk:Cần Thơ and others are still being stripped of Vietnamese names, some 2 or 3 times. - The person making the moves needs to be warned that action will be taken if his disruptive editing continues. If he then continues, the warning should be followed up with a report seeking the user being banned from editing for a period. If, after a banning period, he continues, then a further report would be appropriate seeking a permanent ban. Skinsmoke (talk) 01:55, 28 December 2012 (UTC)
