Fair use rationale for Image:Tnlogo.png edit
Image:Tnlogo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Origins of name Avadi edit
There was a British military installation here during World War II (contrary to the article), which gave rise to the acronym explanation for the name. Against this we have the Tamil explanation. But surely someone must know whether the place was called Avadi before the 1940s? Its not that long ago. Johnbax (talk) 10:09, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

City Corporation and Neighbourhoods edit
Avadi has been a City Corporation for four years.It would be informative to add mention of important neighbourhoods within the City. Raghavan(Talk) 07:24, 9 September 2023 (UTC)
