The part about Physicochemical and physical properties

I think that someone should edit this part of the page because it was really really really hard for me to understand and more than half of the words in it, I didn't know what they meant. If I knew what it meant I would try to edit that part myself, but I couldn't even start to comprehent what it meant, so I think that someone else will have to do that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Snow pea lover (talk • contribs) 02:47, 3 December 2020 (UTC)

Thanks for the note, @Snow pea lover:, the language is technical but doesn't appear to be misspelt or confusing. It does, however, need proper referencing and suspect a copyvio but the content predates the only identical source I could find by almost a decade.
