Agree - quite obvious. They need to be merged. From the website - http://www.med.uiuc.edu/pathAtlasF/CVAtlas014.html "Note the aggregation of macrophages. This is an Aschoff body which is synonymous with the Aschoff nodule which, in turn, is synonymous with the rheumatic fever nodule. These nodules are pea sized painless nodules found through&127;out the body but are most typically found in the heart. The fully mature nodule is composed of Aschoff/Anitschkow/cells or myocytes (the major cell type seen here), Aschoff giant cells (not seen here), along with an extensive collagen matrix, and some leukocytes. ".
