Full location (including country) in the lead edit

User Rockchalk717 argues that 'United States' need not be mentioned in the lead because it disrupts flow and it is already included in the infobox. The flow argument seems to be a matter of opinion. City, State, Country is a common flow when giving a location. The school article guidelines specify the lead should include details about the schools location (town/municipality, county/state/province, and country). The infobox argument is contrary to the MOS which says the infobox does not supplant what appears in the article and that an article should remain complete with it's infobox ignored. Additionally the Wikipedia mobile app does not display the infobox contents by default. To comply with the MOS and follow the school article guidelines I'm restoring the country to the lead.
