Aransas Pass has one of the highest concentrations of meth labs and meth and crack cocaine use in the state. The town has many run down neighborhoods and a city council and police force riddled with corruption at all levels. Child abuse and animal neglect is rampant, litter is everywhere and apparently nobody really cares. The long time power structure in in the town refuses to change since it benefits from the corruption. Thats the facts.
