I think the major problem people had with this article was its title. Propaganda is a charged word. How about "U.S. pro and anti-war sentiment in the Mexican-American War"?Hilltrot (talk) 00:59, 17 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

This article reads as if it is an undergraduate research paper. There is a section in the main article on the Mexican-American War that covers the subject. This article has few pageviews. I suggest deletion. Amuseclio (talk) 17:53, 19 May 2020 (UTC)AmuseclioReply

Yes, this article should probably be deleted. It's really just about two speeches, one by Polk and another by Lincoln, and it's not clear that these speeches merit an article. I added notability and OR tags, but I can't find any sources about the topic. I will likely nominate the article for deletion shortly, if it is not improved.
