Article needs renaming

This article needs to be moved. I don't know to what. But the quotation marks at the end don't conform to Wikipedia:naming conventions, I don't think.

At a minimum the link in another article to Alecu Russo State University need to be changed to link to this article, a redirect created, or maybe that would be a good name for this article. Gene Nygaard (talk) 05:48, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
