Adams is not a neighborhood edit

This article should be deleted. It is a stub. Additionally, there are very few resources other than this clerk's office map that designate Adams as a neighborhood. Culturally, the area defined as Adams in this map is not referred to as Adams but rather Old Ballard, South Ballard, or Downtown Ballard. Instead, Adams is a boundary defined by the office of the clerk to define documents and other records that pertain to the area.
