Gushing Under Skills & Equipment

The section on Strange's SKills & Equipment strays from a neutral voice trying to provide objective data to that of an impassioned fan trying to hype the character. There are hyperbolic assertions like "a tactical intellect on par with - or exceeding - the likes of Bruce Wayne and Lex Luthor" that lack citation. There are references to Strange doing something "cool" that do not denote any particular skills or abilities other than the general traits of being brave and heroic. The end result is rambling, long-wided, and "kitchen-sinked".

Alan Moore

By the 1980s, the acclaimed author Alan Moore provided a more cynical reason for his visits to Rann. Apparently, the population of the planet--the majority of whom viewed the Terran with contempt--is sterile, and the real reason for Adam's presence is to be a breeding stud.

Can anyone identify the issues in which Moore wrote this angle? Have these stories been collected?Bjones 23:24, 9 May 2006 (UTC)

Zeta Beam Location

Didn't Adam need to be in a certain spot in the Australian Outback to transport to Rann? Because I remember a Swamp Thing issue where his desert spot was now a mall bathroom and he barely made it. If the Zeta Beam was fixed, this should be noted. Among many other things. Lots42 (talk) 17:34, 12 March 2009 (UTC)

In the original, Gardner Fox-scripted series, Adam had to be at a specific spot somewhere in the southern hemisphere to meet each beam, but not necessarily in Australia. They struck the Earth's surface at various points, which, thanks to data from Zardath, he was able to calculate. --Ted Watson (talk) 21:30, 12 March 2009 (UTC)

Break in infobox
