I consider this submission a definition of a name of a tribe which is not unique and everyone who describes Abdali will have to describe it the same way.
If this is still considered to be in violation of copyright; i can just paste the link.
It seems that the subject link is not acceptable. I regret ignorance of the Wikipedia policy. The violation was not intentional; it was an attempt to define the term in the way it is understood by all and was not considered my me as a unique definition to be a candidate for copyright issues.Anyway, I respect your policy.
I will do some more research on providing a simpler definition in my own words.
