Publication history edit

On Publication History there is "1954, Dodd Mead and Company (New York), 1951, Hardcover, 211 pp" What does 1951 mean here? It doesn't seem to be making sense in this context... Typo for 1954? Could someone check this? --Nedergard (talk) 17:32, 13 August 2009 (UTC)NedergardReply

It was a typo - now corrected.--Jtomlin1uk (talk) 09:46, 11 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Ideal article edit

This page is an ideal example of the format in which Agatha Christie novel articles (as well as articles of novels from other authors) should take. There is the introduction, and the plot summary...which explains the exposition, rising action, and climax to the reader in such a way as to be informative but not long-winding or monotonous. Additional information and external links follow at the bottom. I think other articles of Christie's novels would be better served to be follow suit in this structure. --User:Cjwils3 (talk) 3:48, 31 July 2010 (UTC)

Plot summary errors edit

The plot summary contains multiple errors. I'll fix it soon.

Plot summary changes by Gravidef were reverted because that summary is much longer, and longer is not better in this case. My description of reverting the changes failed to provide my reason for doing it. The summary now restored is just at the limit of length suggested by Wikipedia for the plot summary. Improvements need to stay within that length. --Prairieplant (talk) 06:03, 5 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
