Use by Apple in iOS? edit

I just saw a reference to "The ANGLE Project" in the Legal section on my iPod. Does Apple use this somewhere? Jimw338 (talk) 04:34, 18 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Should Microsoft Edge's inclusion be qualified since it's now based on Chromium (Google Chrome) ? edit

Just a thought --75.106.108.191 (talk) 21:26, 13 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

RE: TransGaming / "The project started as a way for Google to bring full hardware acceleration for WebGL to Windows" edit

In working with ANGLE (myself) it seems like it originated with a group called TransGaming[1] so I don't know if saying "The project started as a way for Google to bring full hardware acceleration for WebGL to Windows" is really correct, since it implies TransGaming was either a division of Google or contracted by Google for this purpose, which is something I don't know about myself, but the group's name is not "Google" and should probably be found somewhere in this article --75.106.108.191 (talk) 08:28, 19 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Follow-up: I left this[2] (TransGaming) open in browser tab yesterday. I think ANGLE was part of GameTree TV? or at least I recognize that from somewhere. Here[3] is a PDF. It mentions these things some and describes Google as a "sponsor" in the early paragraphs --75.106.108.191 (talk) 03:40, 20 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
