How is the "main page" before redirection to the disambiguation page determined? edit
I searched for AMD thinking I'd land on the Age-related Macular Degeneration page first, with a disambig link leading to other meanings such as the video card company AMD. However, the opposite is in place.
How is the "main page" for an acronym determined? I would think macular degeneration would apply to more people than video cards. Mostly just curious about how the process works for deciding which page comes first. Myoglobin (talk) 15:17, 3 September 2018 (UTC)
