A131 extended edit

As a consequence of the Chelmsford North East Bypass scheme several roads are being renumbered.

The A131 now runs from the Boreham Interchange (J19) on the A12 north then west around Beaulieu Park to join the Essex Regiment Way, then north on what was the A130. From where the Braintree Road meets the Essex Regiment Way ('Costas' roundabout) the A131 retains its designation.
