6C RNA is called the "6C motif" in the Weinberg paper, "390" in the Panek paper, and "scr3558" in the Swiercz paper.

actinomycetes vs Actinobacteria

edit

6C RNAs have not been reported outside of actinomycetes (i.e., the order Actinomycetales). Therefore, it seems more appropriate to state that 6C is present in actinomycetes, rather than Actinobacteria. Zashaw (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 04:01, 28 February 2010 (UTC).Reply

OK then. But why actinomycetes redirects to Actinobacteria and not to Actinomycetales? --kupirijo (talk) 21:24, 28 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
Good point. I've modified the re-direction. Zashaw (talk) 19:26, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
