Presidential powers
editIf the primary reason for this referendum was to give the president more power, like we're seeing in plenty of undemocratic countries, that needs to be stated MUCH earlier than it is - like in the lead paragraph. Tense trouble
editThe article contains out-of-date statements, some written in future tense; the article also makes extensive misuse of historical present tense instead of past tense for past events.
