Ballot qualified candidates
editSome new party and independent candidates were able to make it on the ballot without a petition challenge. They are the following:

- Ian Peak (Libertarian, House District 115)

Ballot qualification pending
editThere are also some new party and independent candidates whose status is pending regarding ballot qualification due to objections, but some can be rectified by referencing Libertarian Party of Illinois et. al. v. Pritzker et. al. 1:2020cv02112 (N.D. Ill. 2020).
All are pending a hearing before the Illinois State Board of Elections.
