qualification dates edit

Please stop reverting. That section isn't needed at all until the first team ahs qulified. Just Novmeber/December is the column provides no usefull info for now. If all 12 teams had played the 91 world cup, we shouldn't write 1974 in the first empty row. -Koppapa (talk) 13:48, 1 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
