With regard to the speedy deletion criteria, another source being violated is http://www.rfa.org/english/news/vietnam/vietnamese-police-pursue-criminal-probe-of-dong-tam-villagers-in-land-standoff-06132017162731.html . Other offline or foreign language sources may also be involved because the creator of the article seems to have a complete disregard for copyright issues.
