Mistake About Advancing From The Second Round To The Third Round

The Second Round has five groups and advances nine teams, so the worst second place team and all five third place teams can't advance. The groups are labeled with all the second place teams advancing and the third place teams having a chance to advance. EvanJ35 (talk) 20:31, 17 January 2016 (UTC)

All the detailed match reports indicated as by CONCACAF are useless because this confederation: 1) maintains very sloppy information policy recently; 2) neglects Caribbean Cup in a particular manner.
