Electoral system edit

Would someone in the know (and with the references to prove it) be able to explain the electoral system on the article page? The number of votes cast is barely a tenth of the total number of votes received by the candidates/parties. I suppose each voter must have multiple votes, but I think the article would benefit from this being explained. I tried to follow the link to the Gibraltar Parliament but it led to a 404 page (not found). Thanks. --Wavehunter (talk) 11:14, 23 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

@Wavehunter: The country is a single constituency (17 seats) and each voter can cast up to 10 votes for individual candidates. See here. I will add it to the article later. Cheers, Number 57 15:01, 23 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
