As a Sabahan and having seen and experienced the consequences of Sabah Politics in the Federation of Malaysia vis a vis the changes of the nation's political plateau as evident in the results of the 12th 2008 General Election it is to the best interest of the overall that PBS seek to leave BN permissively.In this Batu Sapi by-election the relevant leaders especially the PM,Najib and Pairin to be able to come to a conclusion on matters pertinent to the continuing of the formation of Malaysia. Many perceived that there are the 20 points, etc in protecting the interest and the autonomy of the state, Sabah but in fact are terms and conditions as agreed in the formation of this country Malaysia.Sabah did not join Malaysia but as partners in forming Malaysia.

Notably, Sabah's constitution is supreme to and consistent to the Federal Constitution.Politics have caused disasters to many Sabahans as many are not satisfied in many ways caused by political interests and the bottom line is to secure political power dominated by the concept of racial politics and Islam was fronted characteristically in the Malay race, the anchor agenda of UMNO.Power Sharing Concept among the races just don't sound right in a democratic country as this reflected the country wealth are venerable and corruptions verified.It denies the peoples chances of a meritocracy system.In contrast, we have been practicing multi racial politics in the beginning and as it is we have been forced and shaped to the political agenda of the West.We had a Chinese Chief Minister without a rotation system.

In this by election, it is due time that UMNO realize to pull out from Sabah and PBS be restored to its original cause and to be given a chance to transform in tangent to the country's GTP and ETP.

We use to have the state general election earlier and then only later the Parlimentary election for reason that is obvious. Originally, this is expressly a conditional detached political free will and independent to West political dominance.
