I've added this to other recent PHS articles (like 2015/16 for example) so it shouldn't be hard to find. Also link to tropical cyclone basins in here somewhere. • Generally speaking, this article get repetitive, even though the sections themselves make sense. Possibly change a few instances of "fall" to "was downgraded" or "weakened to".
