Comments (and suggest these are implemented, in principle, in the other GAN)

  • "while the teams placed from" -> "while those placed from"
  • "table partook in play-off semi-finals; the winners of these semi-finals " -> "took part in play-offs; the winners of the play-off semi-finals..."
  • "West Brom had" stick with formal names or introduce nicknames.
  • Same for Vale.
  • Link referee in lead.
  • "The pivotal point of the match" a bit OR.
  • Link sent off.
  • "goals difference" -> "goal difference" and link.
  • I would use the sports table module for the league, as seen in 1991 Football League Fourth Division play-off Final for example. Seems more accessible etc.
  • "the first leg was" -> "first match of the two-legged tie.
  • "Giant striker..." avoid such commentary.
  • Play-off semifinal reports seem to be unreferenced.

  • "1992–93 season" I know it's red linked anyway, but put the "season" into the pipe.

I think this is good enough now for GA, I made a few cosmetic tweaks, so I'm happy to promote.
